So much pre-publicity; but what about post-publicity?

There was zero queue when I went during lunch (a reminder to future food owners/marketers that post publicity is equally important.)
With the rising popularity of food feature videos these days (think Eatbook, Damn Worth It etc), one might think that engaging such media houses to create a 1 minute video will change the future of your establishment. No doubt there are merits of using these one-off videos to generate hype and reach potential customers; one should never neglect the equally important aspect - regular organic content.
Brand Equity is not built overnight but rather through consistent effort across a period of time, and across various channels. The time taken would certainly vary from one establishment to another, simply by virtue that every brand is different, and how you position, build and market your brand matters as well.
