Would you call a customer who left 1-star review a “crying baby”?

By now, most businesses should know that ungracious replies to negative Facebook reviews is a big no-no, for obvious reasons.
In today's day and age, it's probably not the best idea to call your customer a "crying baby". A wise business owner once told me: The customer is always right, though they may not be always correct ;)
